On the 2024 Evergreen Music Camp stage, I appeared as the concerto soloist in resonance with the orchestra. Every breath, beam of light, and unfolding melody became a defining mark in my cross-genre journey— a moment that allowed the woodwind voice to move more freely between jazz phrasing and dancing steps.

Received 3rd place in the saxophone category at the Taichung Music Instrument Festival. Just a small milestone on my musical journey. Grateful for the support, and continuing to grow.。

Taipei All-Star Jazz Big Band 19:00~19:50 @ Taipei Music Center Outdoor Plaza

In 2025, selected to join the Taipei All-Star Jazz Big Band and invited to perform at the Taipei Jazz Festival at the Taipei Music Center Outdoor Plaza. This performance brings together top jazz musicians in Taiwan, showcasing diverse arrangements and electrifying music. Through this stage, not only are exceptional performance skills displayed, but also collaborations with talented musicians from different fields, further broadening artistic vision and stage experience.

National Palace Afternoon Tea

Why is the sky blue? Why is the ocean blue? Questions that puzzled us as children have gradually become clearer as we grew up, yet our love for the color blue remains.

Blue can mean melancholy, like the moving sound of blues music, or the splendid shades of cloisonné enamel, glowing with luster. There’s also the saying “indigo blue is bluer than the plant it comes from.” Jazz is rooted in blues, and our repertoire often features Gershwin classics such as *Rhapsody in Blue* and *Summertime*. Beyond blues music, pairing it with blues dance creates a lifestyle closest to the people — both dedicated and ever-changing, making every moment unique!

Invited to deliver a guest lecture titled “Music Backpacker — Traveling with Music” at the National Defense University, sharing insights from a cross-disciplinary musician’s perspective—exploring how travel inspires creativity, the stories behind the stage, and how music builds connections across cultures.。

Buddy Clarinet Ensemble

Formed in 2016 by clarinet enthusiasts who met through a clarinet ensemble competition, the Buddy Clarinet Ensemble includes not only professional musicians but also engineers, salespeople, civil servants, and professors. Their shared love of music and passion for instruments brought them together as friends.

As the most comprehensive clarinet ensemble in Taiwan, the group features not only common B♭ clarinets but also E♭ clarinet, alto clarinet, bass clarinet, and rare instruments such as C clarinet, F basset horn, and contrabass clarinet, fully presenting the unique sound of the clarinet family.

Their repertoire ranges from pop to classical, from original works to arrangements, without boundaries. They aim to bring enjoyment to audiences of all ages, while actively promoting original Taiwanese works and collaborations with outstanding domestic clarinetists.

“Where words fail, music speaks.”

If a smile is the best language in the world, then the second universal language must be “music.” Both are the quickest ways to bring people closer during a journey.
